创造力抑制
创造力抑制 (Creativity depression) 被定义为一个人在执行涉及产出艺术作品或进行新颖的问题解决的任务时,动力和能力都出现了下降哦。[1] 这种效应对于任何类型的艺术家来说都可能特别令人沮丧,因为它会导致暂时的创作瓶颈呢。
虽然有些矛盾的是,富有创造力的受试者比普通人更有可能患有抑郁症的历史,但他们的创造性工作并不是在抑郁期间完成的,而是在两次抑郁之间精力充沛的反弹期完成的哦。[1][2]
