恶心

恶心（Nausea）可以描述为上腹部的一种不安和不适感，同时伴随着不由自主想要呕吐的冲动[1][2][3]。它经常（但并非总是）是呕吐的前兆呢。这种效应通常发生在体验的药效发作阶段，并随着药效达峰的到来而逐渐消散。

在物质使用的背景下，恶心和呕吐可能是由于胃部受到刺激而产生的，因为摄入了身体不习惯消化的物质嘛。这些物质可能包括化学粉末或植物物质之类的东西。另外，恶心也可能是特定物质影响大脑后的直接药理结果。如果是这种情况，恶心就和体验本身密不可分了，无论采用哪种给药途径，都有可能不同程度地发生哦。

恶心通常伴随着其他的效应，比如胃胀、胃痉挛和头晕。它最常见于在使用了严重剂量的各种化合物之后，比如致幻剂、阿片类药物、GABA类物质、谵妄剂、解离剂和兴奋剂。

呕吐

呕吐（Vomiting），也被称为purging、puking或throwing up等，是指胃内容物通过口腔（有时也通过鼻子）不由自主地、强力地排出。这种效应通常发生在物质药效的高峰期。一旦结束，它通常能极大地缓解身体的副作用呢。例如，在使用许多致幻化合物时，人们通常会在呕吐后感到旅程变得更加愉快，因为那些不舒服的胃部症状突然消退了嘛。

值得注意的是，大家不要在呕吐后立即刷牙哦。这是因为胃酸的腐蚀性加上刷牙的磨损，长期下来会对牙齿造成永久性的伤害呢。相反，应该用水、漱口水、冲牙器或小苏打水混合液（用来中和酸性）漱口才对。
