视觉拖尾是指移动的物体身后留下了不同长度和透明度的轨迹,就像长曝光摄影里的那种效果一样,是不是很神奇呀?[1] 这些拖尾的颜色可能和移动物体完全一样,有时候也会随机变成其他的颜色呢。

如果想体验这种视觉效果,只要在摄入了中等剂量的致幻剂后,在脸前挥挥手,或者扔个东西出去就能看到啦。

这种效果根据强度的不同,可以分为下面这4个等级哦:

  1. 轻微 - 在最低等级时,拖尾就像几乎完全透明的残影,紧紧地跟在移动物体后面,然后很快就消失了。
  2. 明显 - 到了这个等级,拖尾变长了,长度大概是物体移动距离的一半呢。拖尾的清晰度也从几乎看不见变成了清晰可见,颜色也变得半透明了。
  3. 强烈 - 这时候的拖尾看起来几乎是实体的,完全不透明,边缘也非常清晰锐利。拖尾本身和背景形成了鲜明的对比。它们在视野里停留的时间变长了,要在空气中好几秒才会散去呢。结果就是长长的轨迹覆盖了物体移动的整个路径。
  4. 包罗万象 - 在最高等级,你的视觉变得超级敏感,任何物体的轻微移动,甚至是眼球的转动,都会产生拖尾,把整个视野都弄得模糊不清。这会让看东西变得超级困难,除非你在静止的环境里完全不动眼球,不然拖尾就会一直留在那儿,直到你看向别处为止,是不是有点晕晕的?

视觉拖尾经常伴随着其他效应一起出现,比如漂移残影。它们最常在使用了轻微剂量[2][3]致幻化合物时被诱发,比如LSD[4][5][6][7]赛洛西宾麦斯卡林。不过呢,不太常见的情况下,某些兴奋剂解离剂,像是MDMA或者3-MeO-PCP,也会产生这种效果哦。
