困倦

困倦(也叫嗜睡)在医学上被认为是一种接近睡眠的状态,或者在感觉身体能量水平没有下降的情况下的强烈睡眠欲望哦。[1][2][3] 这种状态独立于昼夜节律;[1] 所以,与镇静不同,这种效应并不一定会降低身体能量水平,而是降低清醒呢。它会导致一种疲倦、浑浊和容易入睡的行为倾向。这可能会导致执行任务的动力下降,因为睡眠欲望的增加开始超过其他考虑因素喵。如果不适当休息而长期处于这种效应下,可能会导致认知疲劳和一系列其他认知抑制呢。

困倦最常在中等剂量的各种化合物影响下被诱发,如大麻类物质[4]GABA类抑制剂[5][6]阿片类药物[7]抗精神病药[8][9]一些抗组胺药[10]和某些迷幻剂喵。然而,值得注意的是,少数选择性地诱发这种效应而没有许多其他伴随效应的化合物被称为催眠药哦。
