自发性躯体感觉

自发性触觉感知是指在没有任何明显或直接的物理触发因素的情况下，身体产生的感觉体验喵。这会导致皮肤上和身体内部出现看似随机但又明显的刺痛感。根据所服用的精神活性物质不同，这些感觉的表现形式也会有很大的差异呢。这种效应通常会表现出以下三个不同强度的等级哦：

轻微 - 在最低等级时，这种感觉可以描述为全身微妙而短暂的刺痛感。这些感觉不会影响身体的运动控制，如果你愿意的话，基本上可以忽略它们嘛。
明显 - 到了这个等级，这种感觉就变得很难忽略了呢。它可以被描述为明显的刺痛感，强烈到足以部分影响人的运动控制，并且会像一个巨大的干扰源一样，分散你的注意力。
强烈 - 在最高等级，刺痛感会增强到成为注意力的一个强有力的、无法控制的焦点。这会让人感觉完全被淹没，并严重损害运动控制能力，让人只能躺着或坐着，因为这种包罗万象的感觉而无法站立欸。

自发性触觉感知通常伴随着其他同时发生的效应，比如触觉增强和躯体欣快感。它们最常在服用中等剂量的致幻剂类化合物时被诱发，比如LSD、赛洛西宾和麦斯卡林。不过呢，在兴奋剂、大麻类物质和解离剂的影响下，也是可能出现的哦。

移动 vs. 静止 – 自发性身体感觉要么会在身体各个部位上下移动、方向不定，要么就会在位置上保持静止和一致。
持续 vs. 自发 – 自发性身体感觉要么在大部分体验过程中持续存在，要么会在随机的时间点自发且暂时地表现出来，持续时间也不一样哦。
尖锐 vs. 柔和 – 自发性身体感觉要么被感知为尖锐、寒冷和像触电一样的，要么就是柔和、温暖和轻柔的。
包罗万象 vs. 特定位置 – 自发性身体感觉可以均匀地分布在每一寸皮肤上，也可以只在非常特定的位置感觉到，比如手指和脚趾的末端、沿着脊柱上下或整个头部。
欣快 vs. 烦躁 – 在适当的高剂量下，自发性身体感觉既可以被解读为令人愉悦的体验，也可能向相反的方向发展，变成令人不舒服的体验呢。
