混乱
混乱 (Confusion) 被定义为抽象思维受损,表现为无法像平常那样清晰和连贯地思考喵。[1] 在使用物质的语境下,通常表现为持续无法理解或领会那些在清醒状态下完全能明白的概念和情况。如果对所处的环境或摄入的物质不熟悉,这种效应的强度似乎会进一步增加哦。[2]
混乱经常伴随着其他效应一起出现,比如谵妄、妄想和短期记忆抑制,这些都会让人更加理解不了状况呢。这种现象最常见于服用了严重 剂量的致幻化合物的时候,比如迷幻剂[3]、解离剂[4]、合成大麻素类物质[5]和谵妄剂。[6] 不过呢,在服用了严重剂量的苯二氮卓类物质[7] 和抗精神病药[6] 时,也可能会发生程度较轻的混乱哦。
