认知疲劳

认知疲劳 (Cognitive fatigue),也被称为精疲力竭、疲倦、嗜睡、无精打采、倦怠和精神不振,在医学上被认定为一种通常与人的精神资源减弱或耗尽有关的状态哦。[1][2] 这种效应的强度和持续时间通常取决于摄入的物质和剂量呢。如果缺乏睡眠[3]或食物[4],这种感觉可能会变得更严重嘛。这种精疲力竭的感觉包含各种各样的症状,通常包括以下部分或全部效应:

  • 分析能力抑制
  • 动力抑制
  • 思维减速
  • 短期记忆抑制
  • 思维混乱
  • 语言能力抑制
  • 创造力抑制

认知疲劳最常见于服用了中等 剂量的抗精神病药的时候,[5][6] 比如喹硫平、氟哌啶醇和利培酮。不过呢,在许多抑制剂[7] 的戒断症状期间,以及许多兴奋剂[8]药效褪去 期间,也会出现这种情况哦。
