返老还童感

返老还童感 可以描述为在某些化合物的药效残余期感受到的一种从轻微到极度的认知清爽感。返老还童感的症状通常包括持续的思维清晰度提高、情绪稳定性增加、平静感增加、正念、动机增强个人偏见抑制专注力强化抑郁减轻。在其最高程度上,返老还童的感觉可能变得如此强烈,以至于表现为深刻而压倒性的“重生”感。这种精神状态可能在物质药效消退后持续数小时到数月不等。

返老还童感最常在中等剂量致幻剂化合物影响下被诱发,例如迷幻剂解离剂。然而,它也可能在共情剂大麻类冥想的影响下发生,但程度较轻。

分析

有许多合法的科学研究已经得出结论,认为药物服用后可能会出现持久的精神益处。例如,已经证明氯胺酮即使以小剂量服用,对患有慢性抑郁症和双相情感障碍的患者也是有效的。研究表明,该药物的效果是立竿见影的或在2小时内显现,并且在缓解患者的抑郁和/或自杀症状方面是一致的,单次给药后可持续长达3天。
