偏执

偏执 是一种怀疑感，或者认为自己正在受到骚扰、迫害或不公平对待的信念。[1] 这些感觉的程度可以从轻微的、可忽略的，一直到强烈的、压倒性的，足以引发恐慌发作和濒死感。偏执也经常导致过分隐秘和过度谨慎的行为，这些行为源于对一种或多种情景的感知构想，其中常见的情景包括：害怕被监视、被监禁、阴谋论、针对个人的阴谋、背叛以及被抓获。这种效应可能是真实证据的结果，但通常基于假设和虚假的借口。

偏执通常伴随着其他同时发生的效应，如焦虑和妄想。它最常在中等剂量的致幻剂化合物影响下被诱发，例如大麻类、[2] 迷幻剂、解离剂和谵妄剂。然而，它也可能发生在GABA类抑制剂的戒断症状期间，以及兴奋剂的药效下降期。
