偏执

偏执 是一种怀疑感,或者认为自己正在受到骚扰、迫害或不公平对待的信念。[1] 这些感觉的程度可以从轻微的、可忽略的,一直到强烈的、压倒性的,足以引发恐慌发作濒死感。偏执也经常导致过分隐秘和过度谨慎的行为,这些行为源于对一种或多种情景的感知构想,其中常见的情景包括:害怕被监视、被监禁、阴谋论、针对个人的阴谋、背叛以及被抓获。这种效应可能是真实证据的结果,但通常基于假设和虚假的借口。

偏执通常伴随着其他同时发生的效应,如焦虑妄想。它最常在中等剂量致幻剂化合物影响下被诱发,例如大麻类[2] 迷幻剂解离剂谵妄剂。然而,它也可能发生在GABA抑制剂的戒断症状期间,以及兴奋剂药效下降期
